It’s common in the industry to quote blindly, top up gas without testing, or push cleaning before inspection.


That may be standard elsewhere, but we reject all of it.



Every Case Starts with a System Review

We don’t assume. We assess.


When you message us, we review the issue based on what you describe — and what we can observe.

A short photo or video helps us triage faster.


If the fault is clear, we’ll explain what’s needed — and why.

If not, we may recommend a $30 system check to confirm the cause on-site.


What the Check Covers

It’s a structured diagnostic:

  • Cooling performance and gas pressure

  • Coil, blower, and drainage condition

  • Airflow, intake, and signal behaviour

  • PCB logic, sensor response, and startup load

  • Outdoor unit: compressor, fan motor, capacitor, coil

  • Photos or documentation (if relevant)

💡The $30 check is only recommended when remote review isn’t enough. It’s waived if you proceed with repair.

What Happens After We Check

We confirm the actual fault — then prescribe the right care.

That might be servicing, repair, or both.

Type of Work

When It’s Prescribed

Servicing

For dirt-related issues — weak airflow, blocked coils, or persistent smells

Overhaul

When dismantling is needed to remove deep internal buildup

Repair Work

When components are worn, leaking, shorted, or failing — e.g. PCB, blower, sensors, fan

Outdoor Unit Work

When fan motors, capacitors, compressor performance, or coil condition require treatment

You don’t need to decide upfront. We’ll check the system first — then advise what’s actually needed.
